Along with the guarantee, Camper Safety Concepts, LLC, warrants all products & accessories (excluding clearance items) against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase. This product is NOT warranted against color fading due to the nature of its use. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion. Replacement exchanges will be the same model as originally purchased; every attempt to replace the same color will be made, however, color cannot be guaranteed. This limited 6 month warranty applies to any repair, replacement part or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period. Once a replacement is sent, the warranty for the new product is null and void.
All exchanges only must be pre-authorized, please contact us at sales@hitchvest.com to obtain your authorization number. ALL exchanges, once approved, will be subject to an inspection. Shipping costs are the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY, unless original shipment did not include free shipping.
There is a 25% fee for any sealed and unused products within 30 days for returns. Any opened product is not returnable.
